The program step-by-step covers the fundamentals of nutrition for fat loss in a logical sequence. You will receive 6 emails per week, however, these are not time-consuming. I understand you are all busy people and they should take a maximum of about 5-7 minutes per day to read.
You will also get the Macro Meal Planner. It allows you to easily build meal plans, hit your macro targets and keep yourself from hitting fat loss plateau. It has a built in food database where you can add your own foods or use foods I have entered already.
