The program step-by-step covers the fundamentals of nutrition for fat loss in a logical sequence. You will receive 4-6 emails per week. Don’t sweat though, it’ll take 4-7 minutes to read so that you could start implementing what you’ve learned.
You will also get the Macro Meal Planner. It allows you to easily build meal plans, hit your macro targets and keep yourself from hitting fat loss plateau. It has a built in food database where you can add your own foods or use foods I have entered already.

The 8-week program is for you if you want to learn the fundamentals of nutrition for fat loss in a step-by-step format. Regular emails that cover the fundamentals of nutrition in a logical order will allow you to change your own diet as the program progresses.
