8 Weeks 2 Lean Program makes fat loss simple so you can spend less time confused and more time getting results and enjoying your life.

And if you think it’s free, get outta my face. This is not some “keto-compatible” organic hot dog water, detox, or cleanse. It costs because it works.

What's Included:

Initial Assessment


You will answer 10 questions that will help me understand what has lead to your current situation. They will show me what we need to do together to get you to where you wanna be.

16-Week Personalized Training Program


I will ask you to film yourself performing 7 mobility tests so that I could design a personalized training program specifically for your body biomechanics.

Individualized Nutrition Regimen


Together we will create a plan that works for you and your schedule. Your diet should improve your life - not create unnecessary stress.

The Macro Meal Planner


The Macro Meal Planner allows you to easily build meal plans and hit your macro targets. It has a built-in food database where you can add your own foods or use foods I have entered already.

Progress Evaluation


I will provide you with tools that allow you to easily keep track of your food, exercise, and weight loss to ensure you are continually making progress towards your goals. If progress stalls, I will tweak your programs to keep progressing.

Weekly Check-Ins With Me


Every Sunday or Monday is your accountability day. You will send me your progress charts and I will evaluate them. This will ensure you are on track. You will also add me to your WhatsApp contact list so you would never feel in the dark.

How Does 8 Week 2 Lean Work:

Getting To Know You


Once you complete the payment, you will be able to download a questionnaire so I can gather the necessary information about you so that I can personalize your training and nutrition plan. You will also get my WhatsApp contact number.

You Start Your Personal Plan


Once you are done with a questionnaire, I will design a 16-week workout program for you. Your training program will have an emphasis on progressive strength training and will be tailored to your ability, how frequently you train, and what equipment you have access to. The programs do not explicitly involve cardio, however, this may be incorporated if you enjoy it. Your nutritional plan will consist of calorie/macronutrient targets.

Get Results


Each Sunday or Monday you will check-in (via Whatsapp/email) with your coach (that's me) to assess your previous week’s results. You will send me your progress charts. I will update your plans as necessary to ensure you are making progress. Through this process of learning and applying a scientific approach to training and nutrition, you will improve your body composition (muscle gain and/or fat loss).

"Yo, Egis, Will I Get A Meal Plan?"

Hell No!

Listen, I get it – having a set meal plan doesn’t seem like a bad idea. Following a prescribed diet makes life easier – there’s no need for you to personally evaluate your food intake, you simply follow my rules, and keep killing your brain cells with TV, right?

Uhm, no, maybe?

I won’t be providing personalized or set meal plan, as these can often be short-term fixes and won’t provide lasting solutions or results.

Instead, I will work with you to teach you how to create your own meal plan.

I will help you to make appropriate tweaks to your current diet so you can adjust your eating to facilitate your goals not only over the next 10 weeks but into the future when 8 weeks are up so you have the necessary skills to manage your nutrition and control your body weight and composition on your own.
