Listen, I get it – having a meal plan sounds plausible. All you have to do is to kick back, follow my rules, and keep killing your brain cells with TV, right? Uhm, no, maybe?
I won’t be providing personalized or set meal plan because it doesn’t teach you anything. A meal plan is a short-term fix that doesn’t actually fix anything. Instead, I will work with you to teach you how to create your own meal plan.
I will help you to make appropriate tweaks to your current diet so you can adjust your eating to facilitate your goals not only over the next 8 weeks but into the future when 8 weeks are up so you have the necessary skills & habits to manage your nutrition, training, and thus, body weight.
