The easiest way to ensure that you train hard enou The easiest way to ensure that you train hard enough to stimulate muscle growth is to experience a reduction in speed as the set goes.

Simply put, as you get closer to the end of the set, your reps should start to slow down. That’s when you tap into those higher threshold motor units which are more prone to growth.

So if by the end of the set your reps don’t start to slow down, you’re not training hard enough and you’re not stimulating muscle growth optimally.

Simply put, you probably don’t train hard enough to build muscle (like most people in the gym).

So ensure you’re not doing these six things in your training and you will build muscle aka become a muscular boy or girl with smelly armpits.
